The prime location of the hotel made it effortless for us to go on a shopping spree. From four-faced Buddha to big shopping complexes, everything was accessible by walk. The hotel staff provided foreign exchange service nearby, adding to our convenience.
Nothing that we didn't like!

Being within easy reach of central world and near central embassy. Walking distance to Red Sky, where you can have lunch. There was free parking. Siam neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention:)))

It is located near the main shopping complex and also the main railway. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The security guard need to be more assertive with the taxi drivers not to charge hefty fee for them to take us where ever we wanted to go. We are the quests at the hotel and we need some one to assist us to make our stay at the Hotel and at Bangkok, more friendly.

This hotel is an amazing value for money. The location is perfect for shopping as it's just near the malls and in a quiet alley in the heart of the city. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is included and served individually on a plate, with some amazing Thai cuisine. Detail: The hotel offers twin beds, which is great for friends travelling together.
All was ok.

With easy access to public transportation, visitors can reach attractions such as the Rattanakosin area with ease. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with decent breakfast options available. Guests can also enjoy being in close proximity to a wide variety of local food options.

Well served by facilities such as massage parlours, money changers, food - street side and restaurants as well as proximity to shopping malls.
There are several cigarettes burn marks on the bath tub and furniture. Not the fault of the hotel since it is left down by inconsiderate smokers in the first place.

i) good location, very centerally located, in walking distance to the main shopping araes; ii) internet connection was good.
Rooms are not cleaned properly. The room (with floor cover) was full of cockroaches running everywhere, even on the beds. So we had to ask for another room. The second room had no floor cover so was no cockroaches. The hotel management really needs to take actions on this.

Great location for shopping and dining. We stayed at Bangkok City Inn and it was just across the Platinum Fashion Mall and Central World, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is easily accessible by taxi or BTS Siam. The rooms were decently equipped and the staff was kind and helpful. Despite a few drawbacks like the aircon turning off and some insects in the room, I would still recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location. a good experience at Bangkok City Inn.

Perfect location for shopping.. all malls, food centers & massage shops at walking distance. Good for short stay & can accomplish shopping needs without travelling or traffic jam hassles. Hotel , though big old is clean and neat for budget travelers. Breakfast is decent.
Air condition vent needs regular maintenance, its bit noisy and dusty. Bathroom fittings are of 19th century, it needs up-gradation. Electrical sockets are american type, so never forget to get an adapter or buy it from pantip plaza for 10 Bhat, else u may not be able charge your mobile or cams.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable rates and basic amenities included. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of major shopping malls. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast selection is quite good, with a variety of dishes, including some delicious Thai cuisine.
The only slight downside was the lack of a hairdryer and an electric kettle in the room, which could have been nice basic amenities to have. All in all, though, this hotel exceeded expectations and provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
